Cancellation and Refund Policy​

We offer a 1 month plan, a 3-month plan. There are no refunds on the 1 month plan. If you wish to renew your 
course subscription on the monthly plan you can cancel at any time. On the 3-month plan, there are no refunds 
because we offer the 3-month plan at a discount. You can cancel the 3-month plan at any time so it will not renew after 3-month. Recurring payments will only apply if you select recurring payments. Otherwise, the subscription for the 1-month plan cancels after 1-month from the time of payment. If you wish to renew you have to subscribe and pay again for the 1-month plan. If you are on recurring payments, the 1-month plan will automatically renew until you cancel. On the 3-month plan the same policy applies. If after 3-months you wish to continue taking our online courses or access our online content you need to pay again and choose a 1-month plan or 3-month plan. If you are on recurring payments, the 3-month plan will automatically renew after 3 months. If you do not cancel recurring payments on your own upon the 1-month plan or 3-month plan we will not refund you if it automatically renews. 

We are not liable for charges made by unauthorized credit card users or debit card users resulting in fraud. If you believe that someone utilized your debit or credit card to pay for our subscription in a fraudulent manner please contact your financial institution.
